About this Call
At the IGLYO Annual Members’ Conference (AMC) Ljubljana 2024, the IGLYO board hosted two dedicated sessions focused on building the foundation for our next strategic plan. These sessions invited our Members to reflect on their local realities, identify shared challenges, and envision what the future of the LGBTQI youth movement should look like — both within their contexts and across our network. Through this, we collected a rich set of data from a needs assessment process and captured members’ insights, aspirations, and priorities.
Since then, the Board has been actively working on drafting IGLYO’s upcoming strategic plan. To support this process, we are now seeking a consultant who will first translate the raw materials and findings from the needs assessment into a clear and engaging report — one that captures the essence of Members’ contributions and illustrates how these align with the Board’s proposed strategic direction, which will be submitted for a vote at the next Ordinary General Assembly in Zurich.
In parallel, the consultant will carry out an evaluation of IGLYO’s previous strategic plan (2022–2025), drawing on internal documents, reports, and organisational records to assess its implementation and impact. The goal is to produce a meaningful reflection that informs and strengthens the finalisation of the next strategic phase.
