About this Event
Across Europe, classrooms are becoming increasingly diverse, reflecting the realities of modern societies. Yet many teachers still feel underprepared to meet the varied needs of learners, especially those from migrant or refugee backgrounds, LGBTIQ+ students, those from communities that have historically faced or are currently facing socio-economic inequalities.
The TUTOR Project (Teachers’ Upskilling Aiming at a Holistic Inclusivity in Learning), an Erasmus+ Teacher Academies initiative whose Consortium IGLYO is a part of, was created to respond to this challenge. It brings together partners from Greece, Ireland, Austria, Belgium and Turkey to develop training and resources that strengthen teachers’ capacity for inclusive education with an intersectional approach .
Join us for the TUTOR Final Conference, organised by EVBB and EVTA, on 21 November 2025 (09:00–13:00 CET) at EVBB VET House in Brussels and online. This hybrid event will bring together teachers, policymakers, researchers, NGOs, and education leaders. Together, we’ll exchange experiences, reflect on what works in practice, and discuss how inclusive approaches can be more deeply embedded in teacher education and professional development across Europe. Register now.
The TUTOR project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ project of the European Union.
