IGLYO — The International LGBTQI Youth & Student Organisation is the world's largest network dedicated to LGBTQI young people and their rights. We represent the voice of over 150 Member Organisations in more than 40 countries across the European region. We advance the rights of LGBTQI young people, advocate for their equality and inclusion, empower their voices, and connect them across borders through international events, capacity-building training, thematic research, advocacy, awareness-raising campaigns, network building, regranting, and intersectional community dialogues.

Are you an expert in the management of international events, projects, and grants? Then you’ll most likely want to join our team in Brussels as our full-time Programmes Manager!
The IGLYO Programmes Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all of IGLYO's programmes, including the Activist Academy, international conferences, webinars and online workshops, capacity-building programmes, study visits, the IGLYO Grants Programme, and other programme-related activities.
Through this role, you’ll also be responsible for grant management and fundraising, line management of two staff members, and, as a member of the Management Team, you’ll contribute to IGLYO's strategic direction, organisational planning, coordination and decision-making.
We offer a gross salary of €3200-3800 depending on experience, an additional teleworking and internet allowance, lunch vouchers, €500 of yearly personal development budget, a 13th month, and more advantages fully detailed in our Application Pack.
