We’re looking for a full-time Finance & Operations Manager to join our IGLYO team in Brussels, Belgium!
In this role, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of IGLYO’s finances, budget, and large-scale institutional grants, as well as accurate and timely financial reporting to IGLYO’s multiple funders.
You will further oversee administrative processes and operations to ensure the organisation is up to the highest level of standards when it comes to accountancy, compliance, employment, and governance.
And as a member of the Management Team, you will also contribute to organisational planning, coordination, and decision-making, and work with the Executive Director to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
We offer a gross salary of €3800-4200 depending on experience, an additional teleworking and internet allowance, lunch vouchers, €500 of yearly personal development budget, a 13th month, and more advantages fully detailed in our application pack.
