Can you host?
Calling all IGLYO Members! In April 2026, we will organise our International Youth Conference on Counteracting the Anti-Gender Movement, a 4-day event bringing together 20 young LGBTQI activists from across the Council of Europe region. The Conference will focus on understanding and challenging anti-gender narratives — a growing threat to LGBTQI youth, democracy, and equality in Europe.
We’re currently looking for one of our Member Organisations to host the conference in their city and co-organise the event with us. This notably includes supporting with on-site logistics ahead of and during the event, contributing to the programme and topic, and organising the social programme.
Hosting this IGLYO conference is a unique opportunity to raise awareness about the anti-gender movement and its impact on LGBTQI youth in your country among a European audience, while strengthening your logistical and organisational skills in hosting international events and sharing your local activism, projects, and community work with an international audience of young queer activists.
