Come one, come all, for this year’s IGLYO Annual Members’ Conference (AMC) we're going to… Maastricht, The Netherlands, on 5-9 November 2026 together with our local Member COC Limburg! Official registration will open in the coming weeks, but for now you can already express your interest through this form to make sure you don't miss your chance to register once official registration opens.
The core and most important aim of the IGLYO Annual Members' Conference (AMC) is to hold the Members' General Assembly, where Members are updated on IGLYO's current structure and activities, cast their votes on statutory issues, and elect new Board Members.
In addition, the AMC will also offers opportunities to engage in insightful panels, hold or attend workshops, discover the local queer activism scene in Maastricht through a social programme, and network with over 80 LGBTQI young activists from across Europe.
As an IGLYO Member Organisation, it is a duty to send a representative (e.g. board member, employee or volunteer) to the General Assembly, for them to cast your votes on statutory issues. We therefore kindly ask each each Member Organisation to have one official delegate to participate in the AMC — or give their proxy to another Member if really no one is able to attend.
So if your organisation is planning to send a delegate this year, whether you've chosen that person already or not, register your interest through this save the date form to make sure you're in the loop once registration opens (Members only!).
Important disclaimer: Expressing your interest in IGLYO AMC Zurich 2025 does not count as a registration and does not guarantee a spot at the AMC. You will be emailed a reminder when registration opens to register your delegate then.
