Time for Another Family Reunion!
Our next IGLYO Annual Members' Conference (AMC) will be held in Maastricht, The Netherlands, on 5-9 November 2026 in collaboration with our amazing local Member COC Limburg.
The core and most important aim of the AMC is to hold the Members' General Assembly, where our Members are updated on IGLYO's current structure and activities, cast their votes on statutory issues, and elect new Board Members. In addition, the AMC offers opportunities to engage in insightful panels, attend workshops, discover the local scene through an optional social programme, and network with over 90 LGBTQI young activists from across Europe.
As an IGLYO Member Organisation, it is a duty to take part in the General Assembly at the AMC and cast a vote on statutory issues. We therefore kindly ask each Member Organisation to choose one official delegate (e.g. board member, staff, volunteer) to participate in the AMC — or to give their proxy to another Member if really no one is able to attend. Please note that each Member can only send one delegate to the AMC, but you can use our tips to decide who should join.
This year, there will be Board Elections during the AMC. Board elections are open to LGBTQI young people between 18-30 years old who are nominated by a Member Organisation. If you are planning to nominate a candidate for the Board elections, we strongly advise you to register that person as your delegate for the AMC so they can campaign in person at the conference. For a flat fee of €50, IGLYO covers accommodation and food on the days of the conference (arrival on 5 November and departure on 9 November), and we reimburse your delegate's travel up to a certain cap according to our Travel Reimbursement Policy. We also offer fee waivers and travel booking upon application if your organisation is facing financial difficulties, just get in touch with network@iglyo.org. Please note that this year, IGLYO only covers accommodation and travel of delegates who are between 18 and 35 years old as this is first and foremost a youth event.
