TransCore is Romania's only organisation dedicated exclusively to promoting trans rights. They offer holistic support to trans Romanians by improving access to information, health and mental care while offering financial and psychosocial support services.
TransCore's mission is to help trans and gender-diverse people in Romania live openly, safely, and confidently by helping them build the skills and resilience they need to navigate daily life, speak up for themselves, and take part in the country’s civic and democratic conversations. They push for fair access to healthcare, clear rights, and respectful representation and work to open more doors, build stronger networks, and empower trans voices to be heard and valued.
