EUDY's mission is to promote and support the interests of all young Deaf persons in Europe, including minorities within the Deaf community.
As the only organisation representing Deaf youth aged 0–30 at the European level, EUDY works to strengthen cooperation between national Deaf youth associations and represent their interests to EU policymakers and other stakeholders.
EUDY's core focus is youth work: providing accessible training and transnational exchange for Deaf young people who may otherwise lack such opportunities. This includes organising Deaf Youth Camps across three age categories (9–12, 13–17, and 18–30), hosted by member organisations, alongside intersectional inclusion work through its focus groups — EDY∞ (LGBTQIA+ Deaf youth), UEDY (BIPOC Deaf youth), and EDYW+ (women+ Deaf youth).
